Abu Dhabi: Owner of Karachi Kings, Mr. Salman Iqbal backed captain Imad Wasim after defending champions were knocked out by Peshawar Zalmi in the Eliminator of Pakistan Super League (PSL) season six.
Mr. Salman Iqbal also lauded the team for a good fight. He congratulated Peshawar Zalmi while also highlighted fielding woes.
“Chin up captain, you gave a good fight! Team which played better won today,” Mr.Salman tweeted.
“We should have fielded better. Sorry to our fans, see you next year InshaAllah!” he concluded.

It must be noted Zalmi chased down Karachi’s total of 175 on the second ball of the last over. Zalmi will today face Islamabad United today in Qualifier 2.
