Bulldogs football boss Phil Gould has been slapped with a $20,000 fine by the NRL for his outburst on Nine's 100% Footy on Monday night.
In a fiery episode, Gould fired up over rule changes and fresh debate about the kick-off, which led into a spray about the rule tweak to the dropout.
But it was the Bunker's no-try decision against Api Koroisau in the Tigers-Broncos clash that had irked him the most.

"What the hell was that? We are so stupid with our rules … our game is stupid," Gould said.
In a statement released on Thursday, the NRL said Gould's comments were "considered to be detrimental to the best interests of the game, in contravention of the NRL rules".
"We welcome constructive criticism and passionate opinions, but registered officials cannot overstep the mark and make comments that are considered detrimental to the game or NRL competition," chief executive Andrew Abdo said.

"Destructive attacks on the game itself will not be tolerated.
"This is a professional sport and our leaders should set the standard around reasoned debate and respect for the game."
Half of the fine has been suspended for two years, meaning Gould will shell out $10,000 unless he appeals the breach.
Immediately after news of the breach notice broke, Gould tweeted describing rugby league as "a funny game".
