‘Heated argument’ happened between Younis, Hasan during SA tour

Karachi: Different stories are now appearing on the scene after Younis Khan stepped down as batting coach of the Pakistan men’s cricket team and it has been revealed that his relationship with players were not quite good too.

According to sources, Younis was involved in a heated argument with pacer Hasan Ali during the tour of South Africa.

It has been learned that Younis had talked to Hasan over ‘Discipline issues’, however, Hasan replied back strongly and reminded Younis that this doesn’t lie in his domain.

Further, Younis also remained quiet and reserved after the incident. Hasan tried to apologize to Younis but the latter didn’t talk to him throughout the tour.

Remember, Younis parted ways with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) earlier this week. He was appointed last year in November on a two-year contract until the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022.
