Karachi: Opener Imam-ul-Haq has joined the Pakistan Shaheens squad on Friday in Queenstown after completing his mandatory 14-day quarantine period in Christchurch.
The 24-year-old didn’t travel with the team on Tuesday as he was tested positive for COVID-19 on day six of mandatory 14-day isolation. He was cleared by the New Zealand Department of Health on Thursday.
Imam is part of the 16-member Shaheens squad who will play one-off four-day game against New Zealand ‘A’ on December 17 in Whanganui.
Meanwhile, Shaheens took part in the gym session today as their net session was affected due to rain in Queenstown.
