Sarfaraz’s visa obstacle solved, set to leave for Abu Dhabi

Karachi: Sarfaraz Ahmed and five other cricketers have been issued visas for travelling to Abu Dhabi, for the remaining matches of Pakistan Super League (PSL) season six.

Two cricketers from Karachi while four from Lahore have received visas. Players from Lahore will first travel to Karachi where they will join the other two players and then leave for Abu Dhabi.

Cricketers who have been granted the visas include Sarfaraz, Zeeshan Ashraf and Zaid Alam. Meanwhile, seven others are still waiting for their visas. These include players such as Amir Yamin, Asif Afridi and Mohammad Imran.

Remember, Sarfaraz returned to the hotel on Sunday morning after he was denied clearance. Later PCB decided to send 13 individuals back to their respective homes.

On Sunday, Sarfaraz didn’t get clearance for traveling and had to return back to their hotel from the airport.
