The rich get richer.
That's the initial reaction to news that Argentina captain Pablo Matera has signed with the Super Rugby champion Crusaders for the 2022 season.
The inspirational Pumas loose forward will make an already formidable team positively frightening next year.
"We know Pablo is keen to get back to playing Super Rugby, and we're excited by the prospect of him joining us here in Christchurch in 2022," Crusaders chief executive Colin Mansbridge said.

"We are still working through the finer detail of this with Pablo and his agent, but we look forward to welcoming him in to our environment once that is complete."
Crusaders coach Scott Robertson was understandably delighted.
"Pablo is one of the premier loose forwards in world rugby," Robertson said.
"He's a skillful and tenacious player with genuine leadership qualities, who has impressed us with his physicality and work ethic.
"We're really excited about him joining us next season, and sharing his experience with our young loose forward group who are learning their craft."

Matera, 27, who had previously been linked to the Waratahs, told French newspaper Midi Olympique about his desire to play in New Zealand.
"It's not easy to join a franchise from New Zealand,'' Matera said.
"They prioritise their young players, from their academies. It's very good, but you can't take the place of a youngster.''
The Matera signing isn't all roses, however.
He was 'sacked' as Pumas captain last year after a string of "xenophobic" social media comments resurfaced.
But Matera was swiftly reinstated and led Argentina to its first win over the All Blacks.
