
KARACHI: Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh on Law & Environment, Murtaza Wahab inaugurated a street cricket tournament in the metropolis despite a complete suspension on all sports activities in the province due to prevailing COVID-19.
In a video received to ARY News, Murtaza can be seen playing cricket with the locals on a street. According to the sources, it was a cricket tournament organized by Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) workers in Karachi’s P&T Colony.
It is clear in the video that no SoPs were in place and only Murtaza and just a couple of other individuals were wearing the mask. People were standing closer to each other, ignoring social distancing.
