Danish Aziz determined to perform well in South Africa series

Centurion: Uncapped all-rounder Danish Aziz is confident of performing well if the opportunity is given in the upcoming ODI and T20I series against South Africa.

The 25-year-old Danish, in a video released by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), narrated his cricketing journey and expressed the joy of being in the camp of the national team.

“Every player has his own journey, you start from school cricket and reach to the level of domestic cricket,” Danish said.

“Camp has been really good, we had a great time in Lahore and now we are managing South Africa’s condition,” he added.

Danish revealed that he has been gaining valuable knowledge from team management during these practice sessions.

“Waqar [Younis] bhai has been focusing on my bowling and guiding me to improve my lengths while Younis [Khan] bhai is guiding about power-hitting, reminding me that the ball will travel if the base is strong,” he added.

Remember, Danish has been part of the squad since the New Zealand tour. He was also part of the team in the home series against South Africa.
