Karachi: Karachi United beat Pakistan Army by 4-3 in a thrilling quarter-final clash here at the KPT Stadium to qualify for National Women’s Football Championship’s (NWFC) semi-finals.
Karachi United (KU)and Army toiled hard as the match went to extra-time. Rachel and Rashna scored two goals each for KU while Aliha Aladin, Dahli Faruque and Soha Hirani scored for Army
WAPDA and Masha United also won their quarter-final matches while results of the Development Stage Quarter-finals were also decided. WAPDA outclassed JAFA by 7-0 while Masha United beat Diya FC by 3-0.
