Rugby League player diagnosed with MND (ALS) plays 100th game.

Jai Arrow, a player for the South Sydney Rabbitohs in Australia’s National Rugby League, was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) earlier in 2026. The league allowed him to run on with the team, start the game, then immediately sub off so he would achieve 100 games in his career.

He has used his diagnosis to raise awareness and funds to find a cure.
