A live World Cup score/stats/commentary tracker that’s disguised as a spreadsheet, so you can follow matches at work

I kept alt-tabbing to check scores at work and getting caught, so I built this for the World Cup. Live scores, standings, lineups and minute-by-minute commentary — except the whole thing renders inside a working Google Sheets/Excel clone. Looks like a report, plays like a livescore app.

The fun bits:

• Panic button — tap the backtick key and it instantly blurs into an Excel "Protected View" screen
• F9 runs a fake "recalculating…" sweep
• Persona modes relabel the scores as a "Project Tracker" or "Sales Pipeline"

I made it myself — curious whether it passes the over-the-shoulder test for you.
