Who are the easiest teams to mix up in sports?

Is it just me or are the St Louis Cardinals and the Cincinnati Reds the easiest two teams in sports to mix up? Both Red/White, both historic teams, both in the same division! Maybe I am crazy but what are some other ones in sports?
