Wellington: New Zealand’s left-arm pacer Trent Boult once again gave a glimpse of his agility during the third ODI against Bangladesh today at the Basin Reserve.
The 32-year-old Boult was fielding at the third man region when he pulled off a stunning catch to send back Liton Das.
Das tried to pull a short-pitched delivery bowled by Matt Henry, however, he found an outside edge and the ball flew to the third man where Boult was standing.
Boult had to run in quite a bit after which he pulled off a full-length dive on his left. He couldn’t get both hands to the ball but somehow managed to catch hold of the ball with his left hand.
The fielders and spectators were all stunned by Boult’s effort. Here is the video:

On the other hand, host New Zealand have clean-swept Bangladesh in the ODI series after beating the visitors by 164 runs in last and third 50-over match of the series.
