Just stumbled on a crazy detailed breakdown of Usyk vs Rico Verhoeven (May 23, 2026 at the Pyramids). Supposedly Rico wanted some hybrid rules at first, but that got killed, it’s full boxing, 12 rounds. They go into the weight gap, Rico’s actual pure boxing experience (which is basically nothing), and what’s at stake for Usyk if this somehow goes wrong.
