Max Jorgensen has accepted a five-year contract extension from Rugby Australia, who have managed to ward off interest from the NRL's Sydney Roosters and the rebel R360 competition.
The deal means the 21-year-old could stay in the Wallabies jersey for two more Rugby World Cups – the 2027 tournament in Australia and 2031 in the USA.
RA on Friday announced that the multi-million dollar deal had been confirmed.

It is only the third time RA has offered a five-year contract.
Michael Hooper and Lote Tuqiri were the other two to be offered deals of that length.
"It's honestly a dream come true to sign a long-term contract with the NSW Waratahs and Australian rugby," Jorgensen said.

The son of former Roosters winger Peter Jorgensen, Max was approached by the NRL club in 2022 and 2024, but rejected the overtures both times.
Jorgensen was earning $525,000 a year on his previous contract.
The speedster broke his leg at training at the 2023 World Cup in France and is hungry to make amends.

"At just 21, Max has already developed into a strong Test player and we believe he is capable of further improvement in the years ahead," RA director of high performance Peter Horne said.
"It is pleasing to see a player of his calibre committing to rugby for the long-term and we look forward to his ongoing positive contributions to the performance and culture of the teams he represents.
"With his future now secured, Max can look forward to big year ahead for the Waratahs and Wallabies as we build towards the Rugby World Cup in Australia next year."
Jorgensen's Waratahs will play the Reds in a trial match on Saturday that will be broadcast live on Stan Sport from 2.55pm AEDT.
Jorgensen is one of the Wallabies rested by coach Dan McKellar, but Test winger Harry Potter will start on the right flank.
"It is great news for not only the Waratahs, but also Australian rugby," McKellar said.
"Max has developed quickly and at the age of just 21, is already a world class winger.
"As with all players, there is still room for further growth, so we're looking forward to him playing the best rugby of his career here in Sydney for the Waratahs."
