Christchurch: Former skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed gearing up for upcoming Tests and T20Is against New Zealand, starting from December 18.
In an Instagram video, Sarfaraz can be seen working out in his hotel room as the entire team is currently isolating themselves as part of COVID-19 protocols for the tour issued by New Zealand’s Health Ministry.
“You have got to enjoy ur Quarantine, New Zealand,” he wrote in the caption.

It must be noted here that as many as 34 Pakistani players and 20-members team staff are currently in New Zealand for Tests and ODIs. 10 members of the touring party got COVID-19 positive upon their arrival which leads to the whole team being in quarantine for 14 days. The team is expected to start training as both cricket boards are in contact for ease in restrictions.
