KARACHI: Imam-ul-Haq is looking forward to once again partner with skipper Babar Azam on white-ball South Africa tour.
Sharing his thoughts on joining the team’s ODI squad for South Africa tour and ongoing training camp, Imam said he has been in a good form and will try to make his presence felt in the upcoming series.
“My performance has been good in recent past and I feel confident to continue that form against South Africa,” he said.
“I and Babar have been playing together for last couple of years and have registered some big partnerships. Coordination between me and Babar will help the team in South Africa,” he said.
Imam said South Africa is not an easy opponent in their home condition. The cricketer said they are having a scenario-based training camp. “South Africa is not an easy opponent, especially in their home condition. We are training in the camp, keeping in mind the South African condition,” he concluded.
