Stalking Victim Protection and Accountability Act of 2027

Stalking Victim Protection and Accountability Act of 2027

Caitlin Clark. Paige Bueckers. Emma Raducanu. Even global icons like Taylor Swift. All of them have been targeted by stalkers. And they’re not alone. From the world of sports to music to public service, women in the spotlight are being hunted, harassed, and threatened by dangerous individuals. These aren’t isolated incidents. These are warning signs. And the truth is any one of these women could have been killed.

Our current laws aren’t good enough. Right now, a man can cross state lines to stalk a woman, post death threats online, bring an engagement ring and lingerie to her workplace and still get off with probation. That’s not justice. That’s a system waiting for a tragedy.
