MLB trade grades: Tigers don't find the pitching help they need in puzzling move

The Detroit Tigers needed to add multiple arms ahead of this month’s MLB trade deadline, but acquiring struggling righty Chris Paddack from the Minnesota Twins doesn’t seem to get them any closer to solving that problem.
