
Wrestling legend Ric Flair has been forced to wait for surgery to treat a medical emergency due to health complications.
The 70-year-old WWE legend
was said to be in a “very serious” condition
after he was hospitalized in Georgia on Thursday, but his wife, Wendy Barlow, insisted he would be fine, and explained Ric was expected to make a “full recovery” after undergoing a procedure booked for Friday.
It’s not clear what landed him in hospital, but Barlow has since revealed his doctors have decided against moving forward with the mystery operation until other issues are dealt with,

“Ric’s surgery has been postponed until Monday to address some complications that needed to be taken care of first,” Barlow shares in a new statement. “Thanks for all the well wishes.”
It’s not the first time Flair has suffered a major health scare – in 2017, he was placed in a medically-induced coma for 11 days after his intestine ruptured.
