This happened back in March. For some added context: EJ Tackett is the current best bowler in the world and future hall of famer, who is going to end up being one of the greatest ever. He has won 27 PBA Tour titles, (including 7 Majors) and has won 4 tournaments this season alone. He’s a shoe-in for his fourth Player of the Year Award (3rd in a row.)
His opponent, the kid in red is Ethan Fiore. Fiore is 20 years old, 2nd year on the tour and it was his first time bowling on national TV.
Fiore actually ended up winning his first PBA Tour title(which also happened to be a Major) a month later at the 2025 Players Championship (1st place prize: $100,000)
