Headed towards 3-0s in both NHL/NBA. Ugh!

I’m a hockey and basketball fan and don’t have terribly strong feelings about any of the four teams left.

Looks like 3-0 in both series is likely (with FLA leading by three goals with the second period nearly over).

This got me wondering: when was the last time both NHL and NBA finals were on at the nearly the same time, and both series were 3-0? When was the last time both NHL and NBA finals were sweeps?
