Sprinting legend Usain Bolt has given his new daughter an unusual but apt name — Olympia Lightning Bolt.
The Jamaican athletics superstar shared photos of his two-month-old girl in honour of his girlfriend, Kasi Bennett’s, birthday on Tuesday.
“I want to wish my gf @kasi.b a happy birthday and To let u know I am happy I get to spend ur special day with u,” he wrote on Instagram. “I want nothing but happiness for u and will continue to doing my best keeping a smile on ur face.
“Now we have started a new chapter together with our daughter Olympia Lightning Bolt I look forward to what the future will bring for us but be reassured that I will be the ROCK for this family.”
Numerous sports stars replied to the post, including Serena Williams, who has her own two-year-old daughter named Alexis Olympia, and sent heart eyed and heart emojis. British sprinting hero Dina Asher-Smith, Jamaican cricket hero Chris Gayle, and retired Dutch soccer star Patrick Kluivert.
