Former Australian captain Michael Clarke has won the Allan Border Medal four times but that didn't stop him being made the brunt of a joke at the Australian Cricket Awards.
The 42-year-old's infamous Noosa incident with Karl Stefanovic made headlines across Australia and a year on it's apparently still topical throughout the cricketing world.
When interviewed by The Grade Cricketer podcaster Ian Higgins at Wednesday's awards night, four-time winner Steve Smith was reminded only Ricky Ponting and Clarke have equalled his feat.

The statistic was then followed up by a gag made at the expense of Clarke and Stefanovic.
"This year the winner actually gets a trip to Noosa with Karl Stefanovic, that's exciting," Higgins joked.
The quip brought about laughs from Smith, as well as Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins in the background.
Stefanovic had the chance to respond on Nine's Today Show.
"Great spot," he said of Noosa with a smile.
2GB presenter Chris O'Keefe then referred to the joke as "stale bread".
"Let it go, put it in the bin, move on," he laughed.
Asked by fellow presenter Sarah Abo to recommend any good spots in Noosa, Stefanovic wasn't pleased.
"You didn't have to double down Sarah, Chris just said it was stale bread and you made it even worse," he smiled.
"No doubt it will continue."
Unfortunately for Smith he wasn't able to break the record with Mitchell Marsh taking out his first Allan Border Medal.
