Retired AFL star Dane Swan has listed his two-bedroom Melbourne investment property, with a price guide of $800,000 to $850,000.

Presented by SLB Fight Night and Pelligra Group, each bout will consist of four, two-minute rounds, with bragging rights on the line.

Promoter and director Sam LaBruna is the brains behind the evening, which is sure to receive ample interest from rusted-on and casual boxing fans. Corporate, private dining room and VIP Lounge seating is available.
