What jobs are out there for working with an NFL team or major broadcasting network without needing a college degree?

And I don’t mean like in the concourse of a stadium on game day, which is a lot of what I’m finding. I really want to work in the NFL as a locker room equipment assistant or someone that helps in the analytics department for a company like Fox, ESPN, ABC etc. I’m 19 and have no plans to go to college but am wondering if there are any jobs like that, that dont require going to college. I have a very strong love/ passion for the NFL and it’s something I really want to get into for a career.
