Bulldogs flyer Josh Addo-Carr could be set for an unexpected move to Parramatta if he is released prematurely by Canterbury.
According to The Sydney Morning Herald, Parramatta has expressed interest in signing Addo-Carr if the Bulldogs agree to release him from his contract.
The Eels would have to release a player to complete the deal.

Addo-Carr and the club were on shaky ground after a spate of off-field incidents, however a recent meeting with general manager Phil Gould was said to have resolved any tension.
The premiership-winning winger is contracted to Canterbury until the end of 2025 but could depart immediately if the club were to benefit from a swap.
The news comes after the Bulldogs signed Warriors forward Josh Curran on a multi-year deal on Wednesday.
