When Conservatorship Means “DIY”: Tuohys deny allegations in response to Michael Oher petition

Touhys claim Michael “failed to take the necessary action” at dollars he was entitled to. Curious statement, when being the manager of his Conservatorship? https://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/conservatorship.asp

Also, “they acknowledged having used the term "adopt" in a "colloquial sense" to describe their relationship with Oher. They never intended that reference to be viewed with legal implication”. So, for them, Conservatorship = yes let’s have financial legality, But adopt = no, too legal
