Canterbury has scored another signing coup and pinched a promising fullback from South Sydney.
Nine's Danny Weidler reports Blake Taaffe has agreed to join the Bulldogs from next season.
Taaffe is stuck behind the superstar Latrell Mitchell at the burrow.

He will likely battle it out with fellow Bulldogs signing Stephen Crichton for the No.1 jumper at Belmore next year.
The 24-year-old was recently spotted meeting with Bulldogs coach Cameron Ciraldo in a cafe, sparking speculation of his move.

The signing of Taaffe comes a week after Rabbitohs forward Liam Knight suddenly left the Redfern club to join Canterbury immediately.
Taaffe has played 30 NRL games since debuting midway through the 2021 season.

While he is considered a talent in his position, his path is blocked at South Sydney by Mitchell.
A specialist fullback by trade, he has started many of his NRL games on the bench for the Bunnies.
