The Blues will not regain Souths star Latrell Mitchell for Origin III, with the fullback ruled out until at least round 23 of the NRL season with a lingering calf injury.
Nine's Zac Bailey reports that South Sydney coach Jason Demetriou said Mitchell would not be fit to return until round 21 after not responding well to rehab on his injured calf.
