NRL whacks Roosters enforcer for headbutt

Roosters lock Victor Radley faces a four match suspension for a grade one striking charge in the loss to the Dragons, the NRL match review committee ruled.

It's Radley's third offence and he can escape with a three-week ban with an early guilty plea, although he faces a month on the sidelines if he fights the charge at the NRL judiciary.

The Roosters player was put on report in the 14th minute for a headbutt on Dragon Blake Lawrie in the middle of a heated scuffle between players from both teams.

More to come.
