The club issued a statement on Sunday afternoon.

"Wests Tigers have been made aware of an incident involving AJ Kepaoa and Zane Musgrove on January 30, 2021," the statement read.

"The club understands both players were fined by NSW Police for Failure to Leave a Licensed Premises and were not charged.

"Wests Tigers are working cooperatively with the NRL Integrity Unit and NSW Police on the matter and will be making no further comment at this time."

Zane Musgrove

It wasn't the first time Musgrove had been involved in an incident at the Coogee Bay Hotel.

Musgrove and ex-Penrith reserve-grader Liam Coleman were involved in an incident in November 2018, which saw them both charged with indecent assault of a woman.

However, the duo were cleared last year after a judge found reasonable doubt in the charges.

Musgrove missed the entire 2019 season due to the incident. He joined the Tigers last year and played six games.

Kepaoa, 20, made his debut for the club last year and scored four tries from five appearances.
