1st time hosting bball tourney. help!!

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to reach out to whoever out there that has successfully run a 2-day Basketball tournament in my city. I love basketball and been playing for 30 plus years. I organize hoop pickup games weekly for everyone who wants to play and the question that constantly arises is when are we gonna start a tournament? This is my first time organizing a tournament and with the survey I sent out, it looks like its going to a 25-32team tournament. I would love to hear advices and get real help here.

heres what I Have in writing for now.

venue (has 3 full courts I can run games simultaneously) dates Price at $350 early registration -$400 approx team number 25-32 (for sure 25 teams gave verbal commits)

divisions

Women CoEd Mens 6ft and under and No Age Limit Mens Open No Age Limit and Height Limit 32 and over Rook Division 42 and over Master divison 52 and Over Senior Divison

Am I missing something? thank you all hoopers
