Islamabad United appoints Rumman Raees as bowling consultant for PSL 6

Karachi: Injured pace bowler Rumman Raees has been appointed as bowling consultant by Islamabad United for the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season six.

Rumman missed Pakistan’s domestic season due to a back injury as well as PSL 6. According to press release issued by Islamabad United, Rumman has been appointed as a consultant after the franchise conducted interviews with high-quality candidates.

The 29-year-old Rumman has represented Islamabad United in 32 games and has been part of the franchise since the start of the PSL. He has taken 34 wickets at an average of 7.43 with an economy rate of 7.79.

Note, United named South Africa’s Johan Botha has the head coach, replacing Misbah-ul-Haq.
