Karachi: South African star pacer Kagiso Rabada has revealed that he is going to miss the crowd when they take on Pakistan in the two-match Test series, starting from January 26 at National Stadium in Karachi.
The 25-year-old Rabada while talking in a video released by Cricket South Africa (CSA), thinks that the crowd adds a fun element and a feel of ‘theatrics’.
“We’ll definitely miss the crowd, especially the one in Pakistan. We know how fanatic they can be,” Rabada said.
Rabada expressed his satisfaction with the security arrangement that have been given to Proteas in Pakistan.
“I have a lot of faith in the security and the way it has been implemented. I feel safe and I feel like I can just focus on the cricket,” he added.

“I think Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have done a great job in ensuring that we are safe and hats off to them,” he maintained.
Meanwhile, South Africa have been training hard and also assessing the conditions. Rabada revealed that the team is expecting reverse swing to play a role.
“The practice square that we have been playing on‚ it has been keeping low and there is not much lateral movement‚ especially when the ball gets older,” he added.
“We suspect that reverse swing is going to play a role and the batters have to adjust to the ball not bouncing as much as it does in SA,” he maintained.
“I’m expecting Pakistan to come out fighting. They’ve got some good players. It’s not going to be easy. It’s going to be a Test series we are going to have to earn the right to win. I’d love to go back home with a trophy in the bag,” he added.
