Taking to Twitter, Amir shared that he will be back at the Home of Cricket, The Lord’s this year to play The Hundred. “Can’t wait to be back at the home of cricket,” he wrote.

It must be noted here that last year England introduced ‘The Hundred’ based on the new 100-ball format which attracted the cricket fraternity across the world. Initially, the tournament was scheduled to start in 2020 but due to COVID-19, it was shifted to 2021.

As many as eight franchises will take part in it and the tournament will be based on the Round-robin league and Playoffs.
