Only Karachi, Lahore to host PSL 6 from February 20

Lahore: Gaddafi Stadium and Karachi’s National Stadium will host Pakistan Super League (PSL)’s sixth edition from February 20, sources told ARY News. 

The preparations are in full swing to successfully stage the sixth PSL in tight COVID-19 protocols. According to sources, players will start going into the bio-secure bubble from February 15.

Foreign cricketers will travel to Pakistan after a negative COVID-19 Test result. They will undergo further testings in Pakistan upon their arrival. PCB will not compromise on COVID-19 SoPs violators.

Players who will test positive for COVID-19 after joining bio-secure bubble, will go in isolation for five days. Meanwhile, he will also be tested twice for widely spread virus.

It must be noted here that Karachi Kings will defend their PSL title. The drafts for the sixth edition are expected on January 10.
