Live: Shaheen wraps up West Indies innings on Day three, hosts take 36-runs lead

Jamaica: Shaheen Shah took just took ten balls to wrap the West Indies innings up as the hosts were dismissed for 253 on Day three of the first Test here at Sabina Park.

The 21-year-old Shaheen removed Jomel Warrican (1) with a brilliant yorker, followed by trapping Joshua Da Silva (21) in front. He finished with figures of 4/59 while Mohammad Abbas bagged three for 43.

Yesterday, Skipper Kraigg Brathwaite and Jason Holder rescued West Indies after they were struggling on 100/5.

Brathwaite remained unlucky and got run-out for 97 runs including 12 boundaries. Holder left the crease earlier after he fell to Faheem Ashraf. They both scored 96 runs together to take the hosts out of pressure as they post 251/8 at stumps on the second day.

Remember, Pakistan were dismissed on 217 on Day one with Fawad Alam scoring 56 while Faheem Ashraf made 44.
