
Muzaffarabad: Bagh Stallions have defeated Mirpur Royals by 15 runs in the fourth match of the first edition of the Kashmir Premier League (KPL) on Sunday morning.
Shoaib Malik-led Royals could score only 196 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in reply to Staliions’ 211 runs.

Wicketkeeper Muhammad Akhlaq smacked 68 off 39 with the help of three fours and half a dozen sixes. Opener Sharjeel Khan made 34-ball 57.
Tall pacer Umaid Asif bagged two wickets for 35 while Mohammad Imran and Amir Sohail also picked two each.
Earlier, skipper Shan Masood and Asad Shafiq guided Stallions to 211. Shan made 45-ball 78 with the helo of 15 fours while Asad batted with a strike-rate of 200+ and scored 23-ball 55.
Rohail Nazir and Amir Yamin also made valuable contributions, scoring 36 and 30 respectively. For the Royals, Salman Irshad took three wickets for 47.
