GUYANA: Pakistan’s 11 Test specialists are currently training here at Providence Stadium ahead of two-matches Test series against West Indies, penciled in from August 12.
According to the details, Azhar Ali, Imran Butt, Abid Ali, Fawad Alam, Yasir Shah, Zahid Mahmood, Naseem Shah, Mohammad Abbas, Nauman Ali, Sajid Khan, Shahnawaz Dahani are training here alongside two additional players Sarfaraz Ahmed and Faheem Ashraf.
Players firstly took part in fitness and fielding session focusing mainly on slips catching followed by net session which is currently underway. The current training session will last till three hours of training.
On the other hand, T20 players have been given rest today. They will play their fourth and final T20I tomorrow. Pakistan is leading the series 1-0 with two matches washed out.
