Lahore: Former off-spinner Saeed Ajmal asked the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to play their role in sorting out the difference between Mohammad Amir, Misbah-ul-Haq and Waqar Younis.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Ajmal said PCB should talk with all three parties and try not to waste a talented and experienced bowler like Amir.
“PCB CEO Wasim Khan should think about sorting out differences between Amir, Misbah, and Waqar. Amir is a good bowler and I think PCB should talk to him to convince him to take back retirement decision,” he said.
“Amir served his punishment for wrongdoings and he returned with a strong form. He won us so many matches and I wish he takes back his retirement,” he added.
It must be noted here that Amir took an indefinite break from international cricket after getting disappointed for ignorance by the current team management headed by Misbah-ul-Haq and bowling coach Waqar Younis.
