
Islamabad: Shehroze Kashif has become the youngest mountaineer in the world to summit K2, the world’s second-highest peak.
The 19-year-old Shehroze announce through a social media post about this landmark. Kashif said he hoisted Pakistan’s flag on K2 peak. “Pakistani team has successfully waved Green Flag on the top of Mighty K2.

Remember, he scaled Mount Everest back in May and became the youngest ever Pakistani to climb the world’s tallest peak.
Kashif’s achievements
- At the age of 11, Kashif climbed the Makra Pak 3,885 meters
- At the age of 12, Kashif climbed the 4,080-meter-high Musa Ka Musalla
- At the age of 12, Kashif climbed the 4,600-meter Chembra Peak
- At the age of 13, Kashif climbed the 6,050-meter peak of Manglik Sar Peak
- At the age of 14, Kashif headed to the 5,585-meter-high Gondogoro La K2 Base Camp
- At the age of 15, Kashif crossed the 5,890-meter Khurdopin
- At the age of 18, Kashif climbed the 6,050-meter-high peak Khosar Gang Alpine Peak
- At the Age of 19, Kashif summitted Mount Everest.
