Wrestling or indoor football?

My HS has a indoor football during the winter season. It's where we do weight room and build our body up for next season football. But I also want to do wrestling. Which one should I do? I'm a freshmen in HS and many told me to do thw indoor football and build my weight up, as in build more muscle. But many have also told me to do wrestling to get skills and stamina and technique. This is my first time doing wrestling. I alr did my freshman year if football. In the end I wnt to be bigger, stronger and over all a better athlete for football.
