Cooper shared a copy of his denied application, in which part of the reason he was refused citizenship was for not meeting the following requirement: "Person engaging in activities of benefit to Australia".<\/p>\n
Along with 70 caps for Australia as part of a nine-year career as a Wallaby that included two Rugby World Cups, Cooper also played for the Queensland Reds and Melbourne Rebels in Super Rugby.<\/p>\n
