Australian heavyweight Tai Tuivasa celebrated his first-round knockout<\/a> of former NFL player Greg Hardy by climbing onto the Octagon fence and doing a shoey – drinking alcohol from a shoe.<\/p>\n

All Tuivasa needed was just over a minute (1:07) to floor Hardy, who attracted controversy during his NFL career after being suspended 10 games for being found guilty of assaulting his girlfriend.<\/p>\n

After a killer left hook stunned Hardy, Tuivasa pounced with the ground-and-pound before the referee waved off the fight, beginning the celebration for 'Bam Bam' and his fans in Vegas.<\/p>\n

He leapt up onto the cage and quickly poured a beer into his shoe and sculled the lot to a raucous cheer.<\/p>\n

From his walkout song 'Wannabe' by The Spice Girls, to humiliating Hardy, to doing a celebratory Aboriginal dance and climbing the cage to do a shoey, Tuivasa was a showman in the truest sense at UFC 264.<\/a><\/p>\n

Following the fight, UFC media and fans flocked to social media in support of the Aussie and his antics in and out of the Octagon.<\/p>\n

"That was good, he wanted to bang with me, I'm not the right guy to bang with – pick another bloke," Tuivasa said in his post-fight interview in the Octagon.<\/p>\n

"I wanna fight someone in the top 10 or 15. I don't give a f–k. I want to put on a show for the fans."<\/p>\n

As he exited the Octagon, Tuivasa made good on what he told the media he would do pre-fight, accepting shoes and beers to do shoeys from anyone and everyone who offered it in the Vegas arena.<\/p>\n

One fan however took Tuivasa by surprise adding hot sauce to the beverage.<\/p>\n

"His beer tolerance is outstanding," UFC commentators remarked.<\/p>\n

Today's win was Tuivasa's third in a row, while for Hardy, he now has lost two straight fights after a 7-2 start to his MMA career.<\/p>\n
