Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier have had a heated, hate-fuelled weigh-in ahead of their trilogy bout at UFC 264.<\/p>\n

After yesterday's press conference theatrics, where McGregor attempted to kick Poirier on stage in front of thousands<\/a>, both fighters were forced to weigh-in separately this morning.<\/p>\n

But that didn't stop the pair from exchanging some brutal words when they managed to get at each other at the face-off.<\/p>\n

McGregor, who is in desperate need of a win after he was knocked out by Poirier earlier this year, took the offensive, warning he will make his rival "pay with his life".<\/p>\n

"In 16 hours time, this man is going to learn that when you disrespect a person's kindness and take it as a weakness, you must pay," McGregor told Joe Rogan on Saturday.<\/p>\n

"Tomorrow night, I'm gonna make this man pay with his life \u2014 and I mean it. You're dead in that octagon tomorrow night."<\/p>\n

Poirier appeared less than concenred with McGregor's threats.<\/p>\n

"It means nothing. It's noise," he responded.<\/p>\n

"Tomorrow night, tune in. I want to thank you all for the cheers and for the boos."<\/p>\n

Poirier and McGregor will fight tomorrow afternoon at T-Mobil Arena in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n
