Up to a dozen players are believed to have attended Vaughan's party – which was held in spite of Sydney's lockdown orders and the NRL's biosecurity protocols<\/a> – with the likes of Corey Norman, Jack Bird, Zac Lomax, Matt Dufty, Kaide Ellis, Tyrell Fuimaono and Blake Laurie reportedly in attendance.<\/p>\n 13 individuals were fined $1000 each by NSW Police for their involvement, and Johns was at a loss as to how those involved could have possibly even thought to hold a party with so many Australians currently doing it tough.<\/p>\n "You can understand everyone's frustration," Johns told Wide World of Sports' The Final Whistle.<\/em><\/p>\n "You can understand people with small business who have lost everything with the lockdown, cafes, restaurants, pubs \u2013 who have lost everything.<\/p>\n "They'd be sitting back going 'What are these peanuts doing?' They're a position where they're still getting paid. You know, you've just got to make better decisions.<\/p>\n "I initially thought it was Friday night and I thought, they had a big win, got on the bus, ripped in because we all make bad decisions when you're full of drink. But to plan it and pre-meditate it on the Saturday, I can imagine a lot of people in the community, the hierarchy, the government would be scratching their head. It's just not good enough."<\/p>\n The NRL is yet to determine a penalty for the players involved and the club itself, but NRL CEO Andrew Abdo admitted that nothing was off the table, not even docking points.<\/p>\n "I'm not going to rule anything out (in regards to deducting points as a penalty)," Abdo told Nine News Sydney.
