Wayne Bennett experienced something he seldom has during his successful coaching career – an empty press conference room.<\/p>\n

But that's exactly what he faced after South Sydney's huge demolition job on his former club Brisbane.<\/p>\n

Following the 46-0 drubbing<\/a> Bennett noticed a lack of journalists at his press conference with most attending question time with Kevin Walters where the Broncos coach revealed a club review and a potential clean-out post match<\/a>.<\/p>\n

"What's happened to this place? It's falling apart. I used to enjoy coming here once.<\/p>\n

"Surely can you get some more people in here for me? What are we doing," Bennett asked.<\/p>\n

\"Pangai<\/p>\n

"They have gone to chase some Broncos news Wayne, Kevvie is putting a broom through the joint he said," a journalist said.<\/p>\n

Bennett was then asked how he felt seeing the club he led to multiple premierships go through desperate times.<\/p>\n

"(Sigh) You haven't got enough time for me to tell you so move on," Bennett said.<\/p>\n

"Do you think he can turn it around Wayne? Do you think he has the tools here to do it?" the journalist persisted.<\/p>\n

"Next question," replied.<\/p>\n

"Any advice for Kevin?" another journalist then asked.<\/p>\n

"No advice, struggling myself," Bennett said<\/p>\n

Bennett also hit back at a question centred on one of his former players in Tevita Pangai Jr, who has been given permission to look elsewhere<\/a>.<\/p>\n

"Well he came here because of me OK," Bennett said.<\/p>\n

"He came here because he wanted to play here under me, OK.<\/p>\n
