Karachi: The Pakistan Super League (PSL) has collaborated with TikTok for the remaining matches of season six.<\/strong><\/p>\n

PSL aims to engage with fans through its content on TikTok,\u00a0a short-form, video-sharing app that allows users to create and share 15-second videos on any topic.<\/p>\n

“As part of this partnership, the PSL will be working closely with TikTok to develop bespoke content for TikTok users along with promoting the contributions of the existing fan base that follows the league passionately.”<\/p>\n

“Through this collaboration, the HBL PSL and TikTok will engage with fans all around the world especially in Pakistan.”<\/p>\n

Babar Hamid, the PCB Commercial Director and Head of HBL PSL, said<\/strong>:\u00a0<\/strong>\u201cTikTok is one of the most popular platforms these days and it has taken the world by a storm which makes this partnership very exciting for us.”<\/p>\n

“Pakistan has a big TikTok following and majority of the followers are passionate about cricket. The popularity of the HBL PSL can be gauged by the overwhelming response that our HBL PSL 6 anthem\u00a0Groove Mera<\/em>\u00a0received on TikTok.”<\/p>\n

The HBL PSL 6 anthem\u00a0Groove Mera<\/em>\u00a0was an instant hit on TikTok with the #GrooveMera having a staggering 1.7 billion views so far.<\/p>\n

It must be noted that PSL 6 resumes tomorrow with Islamabad United taking on Lahore Qalandars in the 15th match of the competition.<\/p>\n
