I was very privileged to work with great leaders like Graeme Smith, Michael Clarke and Misbahul Haq. Sarfaraz had something I hadn\u2019t seen before. He had the ability to be an authoritative voice, like a disciplinarian on the field, but when he came into the dressing room, he transformed into a brother to the guys. He had that,&#8221; Arthur said.<\/p>\n<div class=\"latest_news news_dtl\">\n<div class=\"single_page\">\n<div class=\"manager_desc\">\n<p>&#8220;People always saw\u00a0what happened on the field, like his movements, but they didn\u2019t see the other side of Sarfaraz in the dressing room. He was a very popular leader inside the changing room, and I loved working with him,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p>Arthur believes that Sarfaraz was always ahead of the game with his technical knowledge, particularly in T20 cricket.<\/p>\n<p>It must be noted that Sarfaraz was sacked from captaincy in all formats last year in October.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Pakistan won 11 consecutive T20 series under his captaincy. The teams included West-indies, Australia, New Zealand, England &amp; Zimbabwe against which Pakistan won the series.
